Your information is collected only for maintaining this professional network, evaluating possible collaborations and independent service opportunities, communicating with you, and considering you for future opportunities you selected. Relevant professional information may be shared with prospective clients only for a suitable independent service opportunity and only within the scope described below.
What information is collected and why?

The form may collect your name, email address, general location, professional role, experience, availability, rate information, skills, portfolio links, written profile information, selected opportunity preferences, uploaded CV or portfolio files, and records of your consent.

The purposes are to maintain an independent professional network; evaluate whether your skills may fit a collaboration, referral, contract, or future opportunity you selected; communicate with you; and keep a record of your permissions and requests.

Please provide only information relevant to professional opportunities. Full home addresses, government identification numbers, financial credentials, medical information, passwords, and other unnecessary sensitive data are not requested.

Who may receive my information?

Paul Adrian Macapagal may access and review submissions. Service providers used to host the website, receive form submissions, store files, send email, or maintain the database may process information only as needed to provide those services and should be subject to appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards.

If a suitable independent client opportunity arises, relevant professional information may be shared with the prospective client in accordance with your required profile-sharing acknowledgment below. Information unrelated to evaluating the professional opportunity should not be shared.

Your information will not be sold as a marketing list.

How long will my information be kept?

Unless you become actively engaged on a project or another legal or legitimate business reason requires a different period, your network profile and uploaded files are intended to be retained for up to 12 months from submission.

Before or after that period, you may be asked whether you want to remain in the network. If you renew, a new retention period may begin. If you do not renew and there is no lawful reason to retain the data, it should be securely deleted or anonymized.

What are my privacy rights?

Subject to applicable Philippine law, you may request information about the personal data being processed, access your data, ask that inaccurate information be corrected, object to or withdraw consent for certain processing, request erasure or blocking where applicable, and exercise other rights provided by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Security and third-party services

Reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards should be used to protect submitted information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

If this form is connected to a third-party form processor, database, cloud-storage provider, email provider, or automation platform, the final production Privacy Notice should identify or adequately describe those processors and any relevant cross-border processing before the page goes live.
